Twiggy pentagram charm - Leeloo
Meet Leeloo …
Named after Leeloo Dallas as she represents the 5 elements…
Earth.
Air.
Fire.
Water.
Spirit.
When the summer was coming to an end.. we cut back an Elder in our garden.
She was getting large and was encroaching on our neighbours garden and her branches were wearing a hole in the roof of our workshop.
So, one afternoon we climbed on the roof, whispered that all is well and gently took some of the berry laden branches away.
We thanked her for her kindness..
…harvested some of the berries to make an immune system booster tonic and left the rest for the birds.
Apparently you shouldn’t burn Elder … as to do so can cause the devil to come to your chimney … so I’m told.
So we made pentagrams.
Earth.
Air.
Fire.
Water.
Spirit.
Using her branches we decorated them with lavender, rosemary, sage, oak leaves and some of the elderberry’s and hung them on our doors.
Soon we will make a new one to celebrate yule.
So it seemed appropriate to bring a new little silver twiggy pentagram to our collection..
A little nod to our Elder.
So she knows she’s loved.
Wear her and know that you are connected to the universal energy that runs through EVERYTHING.
We are all, quite literally, made of stardust and no one element can exist without the others….
